Update instructions

Before updating, create and verify a coordinated backup. Then fetch the desired release through your normal container deployment workflow, redeploy it, wait for the health check, and verify the site and its media.

Do not run an older application image against a database that has already received newer migrations. A rollback across schema changes requires the matching database, authentication configuration, and media backup.
